The petitioner alleges that despite the supply being made in terms of the order placed by the Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank, payment has not been made. 2.

Learned advocate representing the Bank submits, upon instruction that, the vouchers of the petitioner will be verified and payment will be made. 3.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the vouchers and all supporting documents in relation to the claim to the bank within a week from date.

On receipt of the said documents the bank shall verify the same at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of submitting the vouchers.

5.

Payment, in respect of the bill(s) that are admitted shall be released within a period of six weeks thereafter.

If any dispute arises with regard to the bills submitted, the same shall be made known to the petitioner immediately.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

8.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
