Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent No.4. Affidavit-of-service is taken on record. The Officer-in-Charge, Pursurah Police Station has filed a report, from which it appears that no written complaint was ever received by the Pursuarah Police Station from the petitioner, till now. A demand of justice was sent to the Superintendent of Police, Hooghly with a copy to the Officer-in-Charge, Jangipara Police Station, Hooghly. An enquiry by the Pursuarah Police Station revealed that there were financial transactions between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.4 and 5. The respondent No.5 has expired. The death certificate of the respondent No.5, supplied by the State-

respondents, is taken on record. The police report is also taken on record.

Thus, no order can be passed in respect of the respondent No.5.

If any complaint is filed before the Jangipara Police Station, Hooghly against the respondent No.4, the same shall be looked into by the concerned police authority. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
