Mr. Sabyasachi Banerjee, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that charge sheet has been filed before the trial Court. He further submits that copies of the charge sheet as supplied are illegible and accordingly, he wishes to take up this issue before the trial Court. In light of the above submissions, this revisional application is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the trial Court for appropriate reliefs.
