1. The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated 18th September, 2025 wherein, this Court has dismissed the writ application for default for nonappearance of the petitioner at the time of call.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was listed in the combined monthly list on 18th September, 2025 but on the said date monthly list has been collapsed early due to which the petitioner could not appear before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the application. This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the date fixed.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 18th September, 2025 is recalled.

5. WPA 4602 of 2023 is restored in its original file.

6. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar matter being WPA 1556 of 2023 will be listed on 10th April, 2026.

8. In view of the above, let this matter be listed on 10th April, 2026 under the heading <Urgent Motion=. (Krishna Rao, J.)
