The petitioners pray for direction upon the concerned Authority to consider the representation submitted by them on 24th February, 2022.

It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the second respondent be directed to consider the representation in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 24th February, 2022 within one month from the date of communication of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the interested parties including the petitioners, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the Authority shall be communicated to the petitioners within a week thereof. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case. The petitioners shall be at liberty to place their contentions before the Authority at the time of hearing.

W.P.A. 4418 of 2022 is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
