Considering the grounds as made out and in the interest of justice, the restoration application being IA No. CAN 4 of 2023 is allowed. Writ petition being WPA 5312 of 2021 is restored to its original file and number.

IA No. CAN 4 of 2023 stands disposed of.

The petitioner is directed to effect service in respect of the restoration of the writ application along with copy of the injunction application being CAN 3 of 2023 upon all the respondents and file affidavit-ofservice on the next date of hearing.

CAN 3 of 2023 shall be taken up for hearing on service upon the respondents.

Let the matter appear in the monthly list of May, 2025.
