Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent No.4. Affidavit-of-service is taken on record. On the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner against the respondent No.4, Udaynarayanpur Police Station Case No.22 of 2022 dated March 13, 2022 under Sections 420/406/506 of the Indian Penal Code was started against the respondent No.4. The investigation is going on. The petitioner was requested to co-operate with the investigation and submit relevant documents. According to Mr. Jaiswal, the petitioner has already submitted the documents.

The police authorities shall act and proceed in accordance with law and conclude the investigation

independently and impartially with the expedition that the situation deserves.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
