Mr. Dilip Kumar Saha Ms. Dhriti Das ..for the petitioner Mr. B.P. Vaisya Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharya ..for the Council Mr. Suman Dey ..for the State Pursuant to an order passed by this court in WPA 17911 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022 an order has been passed by the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas on 30.01.2023. From the said order it appears that the petitioner was not an exempted category candidate but a general candidate and he got lesser marks than the last empanelled candidate which has been given in the said office order dated 30.01.2023. The petitioner if wants to challenge the said order she always has the liberty to challenge the same as will be advised. This writ application is disposed of.
