In the judgment and order dated 5th January, 2026 in page five of second paragraph, it was observed that appeal stands disposed. However, it is not mentioned that Crossobjection being COT 100 of 2025 also stands disposed. The above order is thus clarified, and COT 100 of 2025 also stands disposed of.
The other contention of the order dated 5th January, 2026 remain unaltered.
