By the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for regularization of his service with the respondent authorities. Admittedly, he was appointed as a contractual staff of the respondent authorities. The writ petitioner had also preferred another writ petition being WP 14214 (W) of 2008 and the final order dated 11.09.2008 is annexed to the supplementary affidavit filed by the writ petitioner. A copy of the said final order shows that the said writ petition was dismissed, as the petitioner's grievance was regarding the honorarium granted to the staff of the respondent authorities. In appeal, the Division Bench vide order dated 11.05.2009 in MAT 1027 of 2008 was pleased to dismiss the appeal.

Subsequently, the petitioner has appeared before this Court filing the present writ petition in the year 2011 and another in the year 2013.

It is the case of the writ petitioner that his representation before the respondent authorities has not been disposed of till date and, as such, he has been compelled to approach this Court.

Considering the said materials on record and hearing the parties, the only relief that can be provided to the writ petitioner is that the respondents in this case shall dispose of any pending representation (if any) submitted by the writ petitioner within a period of three months from the date of this order in accordance with law.

The present writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously after due compliance.
