The present writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20th January, 2019. It appears that the dispute here in is regarding the licence fee for a specified period in respect of a shop room in the premises in the present case.

On hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the materials on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2 shall consider the representation dated 28.01.2019 submitted by the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order. In case of a copy of the representation is not available with the respondent no. 2, a copy of the

same may be handed over within 7 days from the date of this order to the respondent no. 2 and the representation thus shall be disposed of as directed, in accordance with law and on giving a hearing to all the stakeholders.

Writ application stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court at once.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, being given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
