It is pointed out by learned senior counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors that in the order dated February 14, passed in connection with the Rule, it was recorded in paragraph no.3 that the pension shall be paid from immediately after the date of demise of the deceased freedom fighter, whereas the same should be read as "from the date of demise of the dependant of the deceased freedom fighter".

Let such correction be deemed to stand incorporated in the order dated February 14, 2025. 3.

When the matter is called on, copy of a written communication to the Senior Accounts Officer, Pay & Accounts Officer (Pension & Miscellaneous), Rear

Block, Ground Floor, Jeevan Vihar Building, 3, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001 is handed over in court signifying that the competent authority has sanctioned disbursal of pension as per the directions of this court in favour of the petitioner. 4.

A corrigendum dated March 12, 2025 is also handed over to the court to similar effect.

Read together, the said documents clearly indicate that the order of this court has been complied with by the alleged contemnors by sanctioning the freedom fighter's pension in favour of the petitioner. 6.

Accordingly, WPCRC 13 of 2025 is discharged. The contempt application in connection with which the Rule was issued also stands disposed of.

Since personal appearance of the alleged contemnors has already been dispensed with, no further order need be passed in that regard.
