This is a case where after the writ petition was dismissed for default on 25.4.2023, applications were filed for condonation of delay and restoration. An application was also filed for an appropriate order for taking up the matter at an early date. Even after filing

such applications, on two consecutive dates the applicant/petitioner has not been represented. In view of the above, the applications being I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2023, I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2023 and I.A. No. CAN 3 of 2024 are dismissed for default.
