The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia, challenging the show cause notice for cancellation of registration dated 20th September, 2024.

Since, the petitioner has chosen not to respond to the show cause and has approached this Court, I am of the view that the petitioner's grievance can be met by directing the petitioner to respond to the show cause for the adjudicating authority to consider the petitioner's response.

In view thereof, while permitting the petitioner to file response to the show cause dated 20th September, 2024 within a period of four weeks from date, the respondent no.3 is directed to hear out petitioner on the points raised in the response to the show-cause and on the merits of this case and dispose of the show cause by passing a

WPA 4708 of 2025 reasoned order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
