Petitioner complains of police inaction.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the police received three complaints. Two complaints resulted in charge sheets, one in a prosecution under Section of the Criminal Procedure Code.

In such circumstances, the police taking steps as noted above, on the complaints received by them, no further interference is called for by the Writ Court. WPA 5318 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
