Learned advocate for the Board submits that no such letter was received by the Board.

I direct the school namely Suri Sree Sree Ramkrishna Vidyapith to send again a complete copy of the letter and give necessary documents to the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education by ten days from date and I also direct the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education to consider the matter within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the letter, if necessary, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the School Authority and

the District Inspector of Schools. After six months period, the Board will communicate the reasoned order to the respective parties.

With the above direction, this matter is disposed of.

Personal appearance of the Secretary of the School is dispensed with.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
