This is an application pending since 2017. The instant application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking quashing of proceedings being Case No. G.R 999/2012 arising out of Sonarpur PS Case No. 222/2012 dated 21.03.2012 pending before the learned Chief Additional Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas alleging commission of offence under Section 420, 34 of the IPC. However, even on earlier occasion, neither the petitioner was represented, nor any accommodation sought for. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 546 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Consequently, the application being CRAN 2/2017 (Old CRAN 3437 of 2017) is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
