IA No. CAN 1 of 2022 is an application for recalling and/or modification of the order dated November 21, 2022 passed by me by which the contempt application was disposed of.

I have heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and I am satisfied, and accordingly, the order dated November 21, 2022 is recalled and the contempt application is restored to its original file and number. With the above direction, the application, being IA No. CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

Re.: C.P.A.N. 206 of 2020 (Contempt).

A further report filed on behalf of the CESC Authorities is taken on record.

It appears that subsequent to the direction passed by this Court, the CESC Authorities is managed to provide a new connection to the petitioner.

In the light of the same, no further order is required to be passed in the contempt application.

The contempt application is accordingly disposed of.
