Mr. Partha Sarathi Bhattacharya, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of appellant and submits, listing was on mentioning that the appeal can be dealt with at this stage. Mr. Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharya, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2.

Mr. Partha Sarathi Bhattacharya submits, there be direction upon respondents to file affidavit in the application made by his client, in the writ petition. His client wants to know particulars regarding money deposited in his account. Mr. Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharya submits, the affidavit will be filed by two weeks from date.

Respondents will file affidavit in respect of the application filed in the writ petition, copy of which is to be given to appellant by 22nd April, 2021. Appellant may use affidavit-in-reply thereto on advance copy served. Affidavits may be filed before the first Court, on leave obtained. On dispensation of all formalities, consented to by the parties, the appeal is disposed of on above directions. Liberty to the parties to mention in the first Court, for expeditious hearing.
