The records reflect that the evidence of OPW was fixed on 11.09.2023, 03.11.2023 and 22.01.2024. However, in spite of the same, in a case instituted in the year 2022, the opposite parties are stretching the time and delaying the proceedings.

Having considered the manner in which time is sought for and the proceeding is stretched, I direct the learned Magistrate to conclude the proceedings and pass his final verdict by 30.09.2024.

The learned Magistrate would be at liberty to fix as many dates as he would think fit and proper for the purposes of the case, but will not stretch the time limit for pronouncing his judgement on or by 30.09.2024.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 759 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties including the learned trial court shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
