Mr. Bihani, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that during pendency of the present contempt application, the alleged contemnor has already complied with the order passed by this Court on 6th August, 2019 in the writ petition, being W. P. No. 262 (W) of 2019 [newly numbered as WPA 262 of 2019].

Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that the delay, which has occasioned towards compliance of the order of this Court, is unintentional and he on behalf of the alleged contemnor tenders unqualified apology.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application, being CPAN 208 of 2020 any further and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. Let the photocopy of the order passed by the alleged contemnor, as produced, be kept on record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
