instead of 'Subhasri Chatterjee'.

3. Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction thereby describe the name of the learned advocate for the State respondents as 'Subhasri Chatterjee, instead of 'Subhasri Ghosh'.

4. This order forms part of the order dated 17th March, 2026.
