Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

The last order of rejection is dated August 8, 2022 passed in CRM (DB) 2545 of 2022.

The police case relates to human trafficking. A minor is involved.

The victim recorded her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating the petitioner. Apparently, the petitioner in complicit in human trafficking.

Considering the gravity of the offence, the complicity of the petitioner in the incident and considering the fact that there is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner, Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is

rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 806 of 2023 is dismissed.
