Some of the conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail dated May 1, 2018 were waived from time to time.

Today, the petitioner prays that the condition of the anticipatory bail granted on May 1, 2018 requiring the petitioner not to leave the State of West Bengal without permission of the Court below until further orders be waived. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in the business of tea tasting. The nature of his job requires the petitioner to travel in Indian wherever there are tea production. Consequently, such condition is impeding his livelihood.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits on instructions that the charge sheet is yet to be submitted.

The police case is dated September 19, 2017 under Sections 406/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The police are yet to conclude the investigations and file a charge sheet with regard thereto.

The petitioner apparently is in the business of tea tasting. His nature of job will require him to travel to such parts of India where there are tea productions. Consequently, we deem it appropriate to waive the condition of the order dated May 1, 2018 requiring the petitioner not to leave the State of West Bengal without permission of the Court below until further orders. CRAN 2 of 2022 in CRM 1470 of 2018 is disposed of accordingly.
