The petitioner was an Assistant Teacher of Khujutipara Radha Gobinda Jiu High School, District : Birbhum. On attaining the age of superannuation, he had retired from the said post on July 31, 2019.

The petitioner complaining delay in disbursement of his retiral benefits has filed the instant writ petition.

Mr.

Vaisya, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that Pension Payment Order has already been issued in favour of the petitioner.

The concerned Treasury Officer is directed to expedite the disbursement of the retiral benefits of the petitioner.

Mr.

Bari, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery made and proposed to be made by the authorities are not

sustainable as such the petitioner reserves his right to challenge the legality and propriety of such recoveries.

The grievance of the petitioner since has already been addressed, no further order(s) need be passed in this matter, accordingly, WPA 4436 of 2022 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
