The writ petition was considered on April 26, 2023, the order speaks for itself.

Mr. Tulsi Das Maiti, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, till date no step has been taken by the authority though the recommendation was made for transfer by the respondent no.4 on September 28, 2022.

Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharyya, learned counsel appeared for the respondent nos. 5 and 6.

Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra, learned counsel appeared for the respondent no. 4.

Ms. Munmun Tiwary, learned advocate appeared for the respondent nos. 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8.

Considering the issue involved in this writ petition and considering the fact that, the Utsashree Portal stood suspended for the time being, the respondent nos. 5 and 6 are directed to take all necessary and consequential steps in terms of the said recommendation made by the respondent no.4 dated September 28, 2022 and to pass necessary order for transfer positively within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order strictly in accordance with law.

Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

On the above terms, this writ petition WPA 4629 of 2023 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
