For the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and out of property dispute he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and has produced the case diary. Having considered the statement of victim under Section 164of the Code of Criminal Procedure and in view of the medical report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM 2050 of 2021 is thus disposed of.
