The order impugned passed by the Motor Vehicle Inspector(Tech), Berhampore, Murshidabad is not only cryptic but unintelligible. The order does not indicate either the factual or the statutory basis for arriving at the conclusion, if it can be called a conclusion at all. The respondent no.4 being the Secretary, Regional Transport authority, Murshidabad is hence directed to consider the application made for registration of the petitioner's vehicle within a period of two weeks from date. The impugned and undated order which is under challenge in this writ petition is set aside. W.P.A.4439 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
