We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of BSF personnel and seizure memorandum show recovery of fake Indian currency notes from the petitioner's house. Petitioner absconded and was not available for interrogation. In view of nature of crime we are of the opinion custodial interrogation may lead to further recoveries. Hence we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
