Learned Counsel appearing for the State submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 5th March, 2021 and she prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 5th March, 2021, it is revealed that name of the learned Counsel appearing for the State instead of "Ms. Puspa Chakraborty" in the instant application, it should be read as "Ms. Rupsha Chakraborty". The other portion of the order dated 5th March, 2021 shall remain the same.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
