The revisional application was preferred in respect of quashing of the proceedings arising out of Kalyani P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017 dated 26.4.2017. The enclosures to the revisional application do not reflect any of the documents under section 207 of the cr.p.c., as such, no interference can be made in connection with the revisional application. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to canvass all the points at the appropriate stage of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 707 of 2023 is disposed of.
