The grievance of the petitioners appears to be an inter se dispute between the private members of the society.

Counsel on behalf of the State-respondent submits that in view of bye-laws of the concerned society and in particular Rule 86 of the said Bye Laws any disputes which cannot be decided by the committee or by the general meeting or by arbitration shall be referred to the Registrar.

In view of Rule 86 of the bye-laws of the concerned society, the dispute between the petitioners and the private members ought to be resolved by the Registrar. The petitioners submit that by a representation dated 25th January, 2021 (appearing at page 117 of the

petition) the Registrar has been requested to intervene and adjudicate the disputes between the petitioners and the private members.

In view of an alternative efficacious remedy available to the petitioners, I direct the Registrar to positively take steps in the matter and consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The petitioners are granted liberty to seek appropriate redressal of their grievances before the Registrar for any other reliefs in accordance with law. With the above directions, W.P.A. 5333 of 2021 is disposed of.
