Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioner filed a police complaint prior in point of time. The incident occurred out of property dispute. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) as also the injury report.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the nature of the injury suffered by the victim and the 161 Cr.P.C. statement, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1235 of 2022 is dismissed.
