It is, however, submitted before this Court that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the concerned Zilla Parishad has granted a sanctioned plan in favour of Respondent Nos. 10 and 11. It is further submitted that Respondent Nos. 10 and 11 are again carrying out constructions in violation of the said sanctioned plan on the relevant plot of land.

These facts have not been pleaded in the writ petition. I am, therefore, not inclined to keep this writ petition pending. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition alleging violation of the sanctioned plan granted

by the Zilla Parishad during the pendency of the present writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 4724 of 2025 stands disposed of.
