Nargis Begum Mr. Tarak Nath Halder Mr. Samim-ul Bari ....for the Petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Second Additional Court at Burdwan to dispose of Title Suit No. 277 of 2019 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, this Court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite party or upon the learned advocates representing the opposite party before the learned Trial Judge.

From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that 25th March, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the injunction application.

It has been submitted by Mr. Halder, learned advocate for the petitioner that the injunction application is otherwise ready for hearing and written objection to the said application has already been filed.

In the light of the said submission, CO 714 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Second Additional Court at Burdwan to take up the hearing of the injunction application on the next date fixed, that is on 25th March, 2025 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. After disposal of the injunction application, learned Trial Judge shall make endeavors to dispose of the suit without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
