Answar Hossain Ms. Amita Gaur ...For the State Pursuant to the earlier direction of this Court, Mr. Ahmed, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, has filed a report of the Officer-in-Charge of Excise Sadar R.P.U., Malda. Let a copy of the said report dated 28th July, 2021, as produced, be kept on record. It appears from the said report that all the petitioners were arrested. In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed since the anticipatory bail application, being CRM 2066 of 2020, had already been rejected.
