The petitioner has appears to be desperately seeking transfer. She has applied four times. The first three times, the transfer application was rejected on the ground that she is a single teacher in the subject in the school. The fourth application was made on medical ground, which was also rejected.

Since the grounds for rejection on the first three applications is no longer sustainable, the petitioner may apply afresh for transfer and the head of the institution shall not reject the petitioner's application on the single teacher ground.

Upon receipt of the petitioner's application for transfer the authority there under the 2015 Rule, shall consider the petitioner's application in accordance with law and take necessary steps.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
