The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Topla New Setup Primary School, a school under Karimpur New Circle of Nadia, District Primary School Council.

The petitioner is alleging that he had completed his D.El.Ed. Course before joining the service, as such is not required to undergo further training of six months Bridge Course in terms of the Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Devesh Sharma -Vs- The Union of India & Ors. (Diary No. 4303 /2024) A representation of the petitioner dated November 13, 2024 praying such relief which forms part of the writ petition being Annexure 'P7' is pending consideration before the Chairman

of the District Primary School Council, Nadia, the respondent no.6 herein.

The said respondent no.6 is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and dispose it of expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents. WPA 4744 of 2025 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.
