Learned counsel for the State submits that investigation has been completed by the Hasnabad Police and charge sheet No.165/23 dated 30th April, 2023 has been filed. Two of the accused persons are absconding and steps have been taken to apprehend them.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that one Aman Molla being respondent No.5, continues to threaten the petitioner with dire consequences. The petitioner shall report the same to the Officer-in-Charge, Hasnabad Police Station, who shall take appropriate steps in this regard. 3.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
