Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondents in spite of service, as submitted by the petitioner. He has to file affidavit of service in course of tomorrow.

Limited grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of request by the respondent/school authority by its letter dated 16th April 2014 being Annexure - P4 to the writ petition written to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Medinipur for considering the Post Graduate Scale of Pay to the petitioner has not been considered till date without any reason.

Considering such submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Medinipur/respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid letter dated 16th April 2014 within six weeks from date in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and to communicate its decision to the school authority and the petitioner within one week thereafter.

WPA 3630 of 2019 is disposed of.
