Learned counsel for the private opposite party submits that the entire due amount as recorded in the order passed on 13th August, 2024 has been received by the private opposite party and he does not intend to proceed with the case pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas any further.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 767 of 2024 is disposed of.

Proceeding being GR Case No.499 of 2024 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas is quashed.

As a consequence, the application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
