His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authority.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are falsely implicated in connection with Nimta Police Station Case No. 403 of 2019 dated 2nd October, 2019. On completion of investigation, Charge-sheet has been submitted.

However, I find that the documents under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C. is yet to be supplied to the petitioners. Hence, at this stage, the revisional application is premature. The petitioners are given liberty to prefer an application under Section 239 of the Code before the learned Trial Court at an

appropriate stage on receipt of the documents under Section 207 of the Cr.P.C. If such an application is filed, learned Magistrate would dispose of the same in accordance with law. With these observations, CRR 710 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is also disposed of.
