Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner pursues his prayer for quashing of the proceedings arising out of Dankuni Police Station Case No. 104 of 2020 dated 28.06.2020.

Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court on July 2020.

This revisional application was preferred challenging the FIR on 19.02.2021 when it was affirmed. This revisional application is incomplete in view of the fact that the issue relating to submission of the charge-sheet was not considered while challenging the proceedings.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 520 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous.

The petitioner is granted liberty to file afresh after incorporating the charge-sheet and the materials collected by

the investigating agency and relied upon under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
