(VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE) Mr. H. Ghosh Mr. T. Roy ....for the petitioner Mr. Lalit Mohan Mahato Mr. P.B.Mahato ...for the State The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-payment of compensation in connection with an alleged acquisition of the subject premises.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding the subject premises having been acquired by the State respondents, no compensation has been provided to the petitioner.

Advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits that from the records of the office of the respondent authorities it appears that there has been no acquisition in respect of any portion of the subject premises. He further submits that there is no Land Acquisition Case details nor are there any particulars whatsoever which have been provided by the petitioner. In this background it is submitted by the State respondents that there is no question of providing any compensation to petitioner.

Hence, I find that in the absence of any details or material particulars in the petition, WPA No. 3311 of 2015 is dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate proceeding, if so advised in accordance with law after providing necessary material particulars and details in respect of the grievance of the petitioner. (Ravi Krishan Kapur,J)
