...for W.B.C.S.S.C In terms of the order dated 7th April, 2025, a communication dated 8th April, 2025 of the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), North 24 Parganas is filed today and same is taken on record. In addition thereto status report in connection with transfer applications made by the petitioner is also filed on behalf of West Bengal Central School Service Commission and same is taken on record.

On perusal of the status report, it appears petitioner after preferring application for transfer on Utsashree portal on 31st August, 2021, subsequently, on two occasions made applications for transfer on the portal on 23rd September, 2021 and 2nd November, 2021.

In the writ petition no averment is made regarding transfer applications made by the petitioner on 23rd September, 2021 and 2nd November, 2021.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition to file afresh with better particulars.

State respondents and West Bengal Central School Service Commission are represented by learned advocates.

Having considered the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with better particulars on self-same cause of action.
