1. Contempt is alleged of this court's order dated 07.01.2026.

2. It appears from the said order that the matter was remanded back to the Single Bench for hearing the writ petition after a report and affidavit are filed by all the respondents within three weeks.

3. Report and affidavit were filed before this court on 08.05.2026 and a further report is filed today in the form of an affidavit on behalf of the respondent no.6 i.e. Keshapat Gram Panchayat.

4. Let the said reports be filed before the Single Bench and the writ petition be heard out by the Single

Bench along with the affidavit of the private respondent.

5. This Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be decided in the instant contempt application.

6. CPAN 258 of 2026 stands disposed of.

7. Liberty to mention before the Single Bench for early hearing.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
