Ms. Manika Sarka ....for the Petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying for implementation of the order of injunction with police assistance as expeditiously as possible. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, this Court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge.

From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that 20th June, 2025 has been fixed for further hearing of the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In view thereof, CO 717 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 1st Court at Barasat to take up the

hearing of the application on 20.06.2025 and dispose of the said application under Section 151 of the code as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
