Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It is not in dispute that initially the timetable was extended up to 16th January, 2025 and provisional timetable was granted vide memo dated 21st October, 2022 for a period of 20 days.

The petitioner, by a representation submitted on 21st November, 2022, has prayed for renewal of the timetable in terms of the provisional timetable issued on 21st October, 2022.

Since no objection/dispute appears to have been raised against the provisional timetable issued in favour of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to hold that the concerned authority be directed to renew the timetable of the petitioner in terms of the provisional timetable issued on 21st October, 2022 keeping in view the period of validity of the initial timetable issued on 23rd July, 2019.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21st November, 2022 and take necessary steps for renewal of the timetable of the petitioner in terms of the provisional timetable issued on 21st October, 2022, keeping in view the period of validity of the initial timetable issued on 23rd July, 2019, within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above observations and directions the writ petition being WPA 4650 of 2023 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
