Learned counsel for the respondent places a copy of an order dated 24.02.2022 passed in Matrimonial Suit 197 of 2020 passed by the learned District Judge, Birbhum wherein it appears that the matrimonial suit in respect of which the present revisional application has been preferred has already been disposed of.

Let the order be kept with the record and in view of the said order the civil revision is disposed of as infructuous.
