The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is enjoying a property which is demarcated by a boundary wall, but the respondent no.6 herein is creating disturbance and trying to demolish the said construction with the aid of his associates who are dangerous in character.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that an enquiry was conducted by the police authorities. Prima facie, there is no breach of the peace which has been revealed on enquiry. However, the information which has been addressed to the administrative authorities, has been registered by way of a general diary entry. Having considered the plight expressed by the petitioner, I direct that the police authorities would ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 4786 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
